Thanks to hard work and agility, Van soon became a sales manager for a business, earning tens of millions of dong each month.

In 2018, Van quit her job to open a store selling fruits and vegetables imported from clean vegetable gardens in Hoa Binh, Moc Chau and Hanoi.

The Duong Kinh area is targeted by Van because there is a lot of fertile land, close to the center, so it is easy to transport products, convenient for customers to visit and experience later.

Most of the fields here are abandoned due to ineffective farming and lack of human resources.

Having gathered 5 hectares of land in Phuong Lung field, Quynh Van put all her capital into improving the land, buying seedlings, and hiring people to build Love in farm – Happy farm.

Van grows all kinds of vegetables and fruits depending on the season.

But according to Van, the biggest difficulty is the harsh weather.

Thanks to boldly building a net house for farming and applying Israeli-style science and technology, Van’s farm has stabilized after 3 years of construction.

With the help of a few colleagues who studied agriculture in Israel, the farm gradually stabilized.

To create trust for customers, Happy Farm is always open to welcome people to visit and examine the growing process.

`Subtracting about 100 million VND per month in labor costs for 10 regular workers and 20 seasonal workers, electricity and water, breeding animals, and land rental, the farm initially made a profit and compensated part of the money.
